e’re 1st time home owners so this was a big deal for us & after having many issues with contractors  it was a pleasure to have them work on our home. We had no issues with the install or equipment but were told to call anytime if one arises. They called to check in on us & our new system to make sure we were happy. Wish they did more than home theater so they could fix other problems at our home!

avier and his assistant were amazing, professional, efficient and they tolerated our crazy schedule. We changed our mind on the shelf location after his initial visit and he was happy to come right back out and move it for us – I appreciate his great communication skills, Advice and expertise – I will recommend him to all and definitely use his services again.

avier & Alan were personable & professional. I had some pre-wiring done but they needed to modify it to install my equipment the way I wanted it aesthetically. I was very concerned with how the final install looked. Everything was done beautifully & in exactly the amount of time they predicted it would take. They had a few unanticipated problem areas but handled them without further charges!

called to request service & I was called back a few hours later & set up an appointment for a Friday. They were right on time & very friendly. We were worried we wouldn’t be able to use existing wall bracket for the larger TV & they made it work (saved us money)! The work was excellent & I’d highly recommend for TV installation. They even came out to look at a headphone issue that was beyond job!
